FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • To register your child for our program, please follow these steps:

    1. Review our pricing page and select the appropriate program for your child.

    2. Complete the relevant sign-up form (Individual or Group).

    3. Submit the form.

    After completing the form, our team will contact you within 24 hours via email to confirm details and provide further instructions. For specific policies and requirements, please review the respective registration pages on our website.

  • We accept payments via e-transfer or cash.

    • E-transfer: Payment details will be provided after we have confirmed your submission information.

    • Cash: Please select "cash" as your payment method in the Google Form. We will then contact you to arrange the payment details.

    * Payment will only be requested after we confirm your submission details and receive your electronic signature on the required documents provided in the Google Form.

  • After we receive your payment, you will then receive a confirmation email. Please note that it may take up to one business day for the bank to process your e-transfer payment. If you don’t receive the confirmation email within one business day of making your payment, please contact us for assistance.

    • Each session is 1.5 hours long, and the program includes a total of 12 sessions per term.

    • If you would like to request additional sessions per week, please email us directly at programrequest@infinity.academy with your feedback and request.

    • Please ensure your child brings appropriate shoes and clothing. Outdoor shoes, such as winter boots, may not be permitted at the facility due to safety concerns. Participants wearing inappropriate footwear may not be able to fully participate in the activities.

    • We also recommend bringing a water bottle; refills will be available on-site.

    • Each session has 12-18 children.

    • We maintain a participant-to-coach/supervisor ratio of 6:1 to ensure safety and high-quality instruction.

    • We maintain a 6:1 ratio of participants to coaches/supervisors.

    • Coaches focus on basketball activities, while assistant coaches and supervisors manage safety, organization, and assist with basketball activities.

    • Both coaches and supervisors are present throughout each session to ensure continuous supervision and safety.

  • ​The safety of our participants is our primary concern. In the event of inclement weather, we will notify parents via email one hour before the session.

  • Yes, private lessons are available. Please contact us directly to arrange your request.

  • Yes, we offer group discounts for friends and families registering two or more children together.

  • Unfortunately, missed sessions are non-refundable. However, we do offer make-up sessions. Please contact us to arrange a make-up date in the next term. Note that skill levels and groups may differ from the original session.

  • For details on refunds and cancellations, please refer to our "Refund and Cancellations" page on our website.

  • Yes, you can register after the deadline by purchasing ALL remaining sessions individually at $40 per session. Here’s how it works:

    • Sign-Up: Use the After Deadline Sign-Up Google Form.

    • Total Balance: We will notify you of the total cost before payment. For example, if 6 sessions remain, the total cost will be $240 CAD ($40 CAD * 6 sessions).

    Important Notice: Only the No Refund Policy and Refund Exceptions apply to after-deadline registrations. No other refund policies qualify.

    • Younger Children: They can join the older age groups.

    • Older Children: Please email us to request placement in a suitable age group. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

  • ​We value the privacy and security of the children in our program. Currently, we are developing a password-protected website where parents can access high-quality photos of their child’s activities. You will be notified once this feature is available.

    • Parents or guardians must provide detailed medical information upon registration.

    • All participants are required to sign the "Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement."

    • This waiver outlines potential risks associated with participation. Please review and agree to this document before processing your payment.

    We value the safety and well-being of all participants and will work with you to address any specific needs or concerns.

    • If the program is full, you will be automatically added to our waiting list.

    • Payments will only be requested once a spot becomes available.

    • You will be notified of your waitlist number via email during the registration process.

    • We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings at the facility.

    • Please ensure that your child does not bring valuables.

    • Coaches and staff cannot supervise personal items; any belongings brought to the facility are the responsibility of the owner.
